You will be expected to contribute to the computational analysis of NGS data and the molecular characterisation of maize genes that subjected to epigenetic regulation after environmental stress. This project is a collaboration between six laboratories in the EU and it is expected that some of the outcomes will provide novel insights into the epigenetic regulation of plant development in response to environmental stress.
